Infants under the age of 3 can attend for free! When you register your infant for Camp West, you will have an option to request a pack-and-play in your cabin. 

West: Check-in begins at 3:00pm Pacific on Thursday, June 4, 2026.   

East: Check-in begins at 4:00pm Eastern on Thurdsay, September 17, 2026.

West: The camp facility in Oregon provides all bedding and towels. 

East: You will bring a pillow, bedding and/or sleeping bags to use on twin mattresses, as well as bath and swim towels. If you have any logistics concerns (e.g. traveling on a plane with limited luggage space), please contact us at [email protected]. 

West: Many people bring coolers to store formula, however there will also be small refrigerators available around cabins and a larger central refrigerator accessible 24x7 outside the dining hall. We will also have supplies for washing cups and bottles available at check-in. 

East: There will be small refrigerators available in cabin areas/divisions and a larger refrigerator available in the dining hall kitchen to store formula. We will also have supplies for washing cups and bottles available at check-in. 

We have many adults who traditionally attend camp alone or with their spouses, and others who bring their own children. We’re working hard to incorporate programming that’s interesting to individuals of all ages. If you have ideas, please email [email protected] – she would love to hear from you!  

 Campers must be 18 or over to attend on their own.  

Yes, a limited number of scholarships for registration fees will be available. We make every effort to make camp accessible to everyone. The scholarship application for both family camps will be available when registration opens in March. 

West: Washington Family Ranch is located at 1 Muddy Rd, Antelope, OR 97001. The nearest airport is PDX in Portland, OR. It takes about 3.5 hours to drive to Washington Family Ranch from the airport. It's a beautiful ride with interesting places to see along the way.  

East: Camp Belknap is located at 11 Chase Point Road, Mirror Lake, NH 03853. The most common airport is Boston’s Logan Airport (BOS). Driving time from Boston to Camp Belknap is approximately 2 hours. The airports in Portland, Maine (PMW) and Manchester, New Hampshire (MHT) are also options depending on flight availability and price – the driving time from these airports to camp is approximately 1.5 hours. 

West: Washington Family Ranch has modern cabins with bunk beds for 6-10 people, each with a private dormitory-style bathroom. You can let us know during registration if you would like to lodge with or near specific individuals or families. 

East: Cabins accommodate up to 10 campers and are furnished with bunk beds. Bathroom and shower facilities are in a separate building near the cabins. You can let us know during registration if you would like to lodge with or near specific individuals or families.
